If a polished or buffed finish isn't the "look" you need, let us demonstrate the possible savings available with steel or zinc shot blasting. When you combine different finishes, such as polishing and shot blasting -- the results can be very cost effective. We finish and ship 4-6 semi loads per day with this "pre-finish for the executive office seating industry! We ship the finished aluminum castings to one of our powder coating alliance partners. This type of process can also decrease scrap percentages.

We've been polishing for over 25 years. Our experience and high quality standards are unsurpassed - our High Volume Capabilities are endless with 80+ experienced polishers, and 50+ polishing lathes. We can provide you with the polished look, or use our polishing prior to our shot blasting or bright buff finish.
* Buffing
We start with our polishing, if needed, add our hard buffing process, followed by our bright buff finish. The final results will give you the mirror-look you're looking for!
We can provide you with either top quality completed parts or parts ready for plating. You simply decide which finish best fits your needs. We'll take care of the rest.
