Tammy joined Mann Metal Finishing in 1988 as the office manager. Her role evolved over the years and prepared her to step into the role’s as Owner, CEO, and Board Member in 2014 when her father sold the business.

Greg has been with the company since 1984. Starting in production, progressing to supervision, then sales and customer relations. His current role as Board Director and President are the result of his many years of experience and dedication.

Gary began working in production in 1991. His hard work and dependability made him a natural selection as leadman early on, eventually production & delivery supervisor, and now Plant Manager.

Renee started in administration in 2002. Her ability to quickly learn and juggle a variety of tasks equipped her for the current role of Shipping, Production and Quality Coordinator. She works closely with customers on orders, billing, quality and anything in between.
